My Name is Keith P. Graham.

I am a computer programmer, web developer, teacher, blues harp player and avid reader of Science Fiction. During most of my life I have thought about writing SF and around 1970 I received some rejection slips. As a math and Physics major, I could not really expect to sell my stories until spell checkers were perfected, so it wasn’t until around the year 2000 that I once again started producing stories.

I sold my first story to The Martian Wave in 2002 and followed that with a dozen or so other stories to a variety of pay and “for the love of” venues. Since 2004 I have found time to write and sell a story or two a year.

For a couple of years I was the technical editor and webmaster at the online zine Astounding Tales. We did well with the site until the story editor had to quit having fun and work at a full time job.

I will be retiring in the near future and I have dozens of good ideas for stories and novels and expect that I will be spending most of my time then writing. Until then I try to sneak in some writing whenever no one is looking and I have a few good stories in the pipeline.

I live in West Nyack, NY with Erica, my wife and sweetheart of 36 years, seven unpleasant cats and three beehives named Martha, Ethel and Connie.

I came into this world the Spring of 1951, and it is not a coincidence that at the very moment that I emerged screaming from the womb, Ray Bradbury typed the last words of his story “The Rocket Man”.

I started reading Science Fiction in the 1950s. I started Writing SF in the 1960s. Then, I had a life. Now I am retired, raising chickens and keeping bees. I am still an avid reader and I have sold about 70 stories in the last 20 years.
I have been collecting information about writing Science Fiction for many years now. Social media has replaced the Blog and large dedicated websites, so the pages here are mostly static. I update them from time to time.
