The Black Hole Extensions
The Black Hole used to be the best place to find out about response times. Now, it is hardly updated and a little useless. I am thinking about letting it die.
You should try out Duotrope. They have a much larger user base and the information is very good. I estimate that, depending on the venue, at least 10% and as many as 40% of all submissions are recorded on Duotrope.

This site works by going to critique.org and grabbing their raw data.
The data is never updated more than once every hour so new entries will not appear right away.
I do not get the data more frequently to avoid putting any strain on the critters server.
If there was a long delay when you went to get the data, it means that the program was getting fresh data from www.critique.org.
