Enter a list of address. One to each line.
Address should include street address, city and state or zip. This may work in countries outside the USA, but has not been tested.
The program will try to match the information and display it on the next page. In the case of inexact matches or errors, there will be information messages explaining why.

There is a limit to Yahoo Map API calls per ip address of 5,000 per day. I am limiting the number of records here to 50 per each form submission to try to keep that under control.
