SMS Text from PHP program

I got a list of cell phone email gateways and set up a test page. I was able to send an sms text message from the program to my own cell phone. If you have a cell phone, try to send yourself a text message using the link here and reply to it to let me know it worked.

The next step is to set up a mail server to receive the messages and automatically record a vote. It probably won't be ready in time for the next P&E poll, and they might not use it if it was, but I might release the code so someone will be able to use it.
