The Secret Cheesecake Warehouse

Erica and I went down to the Lincoln Park airport. Erica is a pilot and had to look at a plane.

We passed this sign

and we followed the signs to a warehouse in an industrial area.

Where they sell frozen cheescakes! They only do it for a feww weeks around the holidays. They are hardly ever open to the public.

The place is Ashley’s Farms and they supply fancy cheesecakes to NY city high end restaurants and also to fund raising groups. They make the cookie dough for David’s Cookies.

Erica and I stocked up on a large number of cheesecakes and dough for Christmas.

nice looking aircraft. I always wanted to learn how to fly planes like those. My dad was a pilot in ww2 and it would have been nice to follow in his foot steps. But flying lessons cost a lot of money these days. Too rich for me.

I’m a big cheesecake fan as well but since I’m diabetic I can’t endulge as much as I used to,

Oh well. Have a Merry Christmases Keith to you and yours.

I hope you remembered your dear sister in law when buying cheesecake……

I used to jump out of planes like that…never wanted to pilot though, too scary.

Jealous of the cheesecake though, I’m never in the right place at the right time as you two seem to be able to do!

Where is the picture of the christmas tree that is surely decorated by now??

    Chris
