eBay Partner Networks Listings from RSS File

I've made a hundred or so dollars a month from very little traffic using eBay's Partner Network listings. eBay lets you create an RSS with embeded information that makes you money if anyone wins an auction after using your link to look at the auction item. eBay is paying you back for sending them traffic. The advantage of this is that it works reasonably well for low traffic sites as long as they are highly targetted.

By specifying a search you can display up to 100 auctions on a single page very easily using the php file that I have written. The searches that work best are very specific hobby type searches that will produce items that go for $100 or more. These are best if done for hobby type items such as fishing, hunting, collecting, crafts or music. I have had great success with Beekeeping, Antique Samplers, Paintball equipment, and vintage musical equipment. If you have a blog, the blog should have regular articles about the subject with a link to the Items for Sale page including the words "for sale".

Here is an example of a page showing auctions for Shimano Bicycle parts. Download the zip file parserss.zip and use a server side include (ssi) to have it embedded in any web page. You have to change the url at the top of the file parserss.php to the one that the eBay Partner Networks RSS generator produces.
